If you need to change your password for any reason, you can do so by navigating to the “Settings” tab within the app. This can be found in the top navigation on TV platforms and is the “gear” icon in the upper right corner on most mobile and tablet devices. Follow the steps below to initiate a password reset.
- Select “Log Out” to log out of your account.
- Once logged out, select “Log In” and then select “Create An Account With Email”
- Enter your Email Address where prompted and then select “Forgot Password”
- When prompted “Do you want to reset your password?” select “Reset”
- Check your email inbox for your password reset email, then reset your password and proceed to login with your new password.
