How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1. On the SHG Living settings page, select LOG IN
2. Enter your email address
3. Select FORGOT PASSWORD next to the password field
4. Check your email, the email will come from MAZ Digital.
   • You’ll receive a link to reset your password. The URL for this site is “id.mazsystems.com”.
     • It may take up to 15 min.
     • If you do not receive a password reset link, check your spam folder.
     • If it’s not there, select RESEND to send the code again.
     • If you still have issues, please contact Customer Service.
