To clear your cache and help with performance stability, you can try clearing stored data on your device using the following steps:
Note: When you’re online, your device downloads many, many files so you can get the experience you expect from the websites and apps you’re using. Some of these files are stored on your device so your experience is seamless. These stored files are your cache. Over time, however, your cache can fill with files that slow performance for a variety of reasons. That’s why it’s a good idea to clear your cache periodically, especially if you’re having trouble using SHG Living.
Android phone and tablet
On certain Android models, you can clear SHG Living cached data from Settings. Please follow these steps:
- From the home screen, go to Settings
- Go to Apps > SHG Living > Storage
- Select Clear Cache and Clear Data
Android TV
To clear the SHG Living cached data from Android TV, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Applications > SHG Living
- Select Clear Cache and Clear Data
Apple TV (all generations), iPhone, iPad
To clear cached data on an Apple TV, try uninstalling or reinstalling the SHG Living app .
Chromecast
For Chromecast, follow the steps for your Android or iOS casting device.
To clear the data and cache from your Chromecast built-in app, please follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Settings
- Select Apps
- Select Chromecast built-in
- Select Clear data
- Select OK
- Select Clear cache
- Select OK
- Restart your TV
- To restart: Hold the green standby button on the remote for more than five seconds
- Release the button when the TV screen becomes black
Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
To clear the SHG Living cached data, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > SHG Living
- Select both Clear Cache and Clear Data
