Completely powering off your streaming device and restarting it can be useful to refresh your connection.
To perform a power-cycle, follow these steps:
- Turn off the device you’re using to watch SHG Living using the power button, if applicable
- Turn off the modem and router as well, at the power button, and disconnect it from the power source. (This step isn’t relevant if you are using cellular data via your mobile carrier.)
- Restart your modem and router
- Restart your streaming device. (We recommend waiting 30 seconds.)
- Open SHG Living
- Try streaming again
