How do I test my Internet connection?

If your streaming device doesn’t have a built-in speed test app or an Internet browser, try doing a speed test on another device while you’re close to the streaming device. (Please make sure you’re using the same Internet connection.)

Computer and mobile devices

1. Open your web browser
2. Visit speedtest.net
3. Select Start Test
4. Compare the results to our recommendations

1. Go to the Internet Browser in the Smart Hub
2. Type ” Speed Test” in the search tab Scroll to Begin Test
3. Press Enter on your remote
4. Compare the results to our recommendations
