Mobile Device (for iOS and Android)

If you’re using your phone, please follow these steps to reset your password.

  1. On your mobile device, open the SHG Living app
  2. Select SETTINGS (It’s the gear icon at the top of the screen.)
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password
  5. If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow these steps to reset your password.
  6. SELECT LOG IN

Apple TV

  1. On your Apple TV, open the SHG Living app.
    • If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the Apple TV app store
  2. Select SETTINGS
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password
  5. If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow these steps to reset your password.
  6. Select LOG IN
